Tom is a Marine Corps Veteran. He focuses on assisting veterans one on one, outreach, and speaking at events to represent ETS and tell our story. He loves all things batman and enjoys spending his free time by reading and being outside. He also enjoys spending quality time with his service dog, Mack.
Jessi focuses on our daily operations, volunteer management, and outreach. She enjoys running, and coaches a running club right here at ETS. She also enjoys playing fetch with her dogs and spending time at the lake with her family.
Kayla assists our veterans at the front desk, is an essential part of our event team, and helps with other tasks around the office. Kayla enjoys coffee, hanging with friends and family, and traveling. Kayla’s boyfriend, Isaac, is currently serving on active duty in the Coast Guard.

ETS Warrior’s Path Program Director
Jon brings a wealth of lived experience to the ETS organization. His knowledge, determination, effort, discipline, understanding, ethics, and intentions to help improves lives and strengthen community will be an asset to the Veterans and their families. Jon believes in having purpose, integrity, and responsibility. He has a Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota in Professional Studies, Bachelor’s Degree from the University of St. Thomas in Marketing Management, State Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, and is a State Certified Peer Recovery Specialist.
Eddie is the first face people see when they walk in the ETS office. As an Army veteran who has been deployed, he understands the challenges veterans face. Always with a smile, Eddie handles the issuing of ETS ID cards, checking in veterans who come to shop our store, and answering and handling phone calls.
Aside from doing a great job, Eddie loves to take care of the office plants, keep the candy jar full, and show the office awesome memes.
We are glad to have Eddie on staff, be sure to ask him about his cat when you stop by our office!
Mike Aune, a US Army veteran, has joined the ETS team as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. Mike is a graduate of our Warrior’s Path course and is certified by the state of Minnesota to conduct peer support activities on site and at various locations around the Twin Cities. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and lived experience and will be a huge asset to veterans as he organizes and conducts peer support meetings.
